Laurentiu is a Bucharest Bar attorney, with more than 10 years of experience. He is a former partner within a law firm specialised in litigation. Providing consultancy and representation for multinational companies in the aria of labour law, he successfully negotiated and enhanced the execution of individual and collective labour contracts, drafted dismissal decisions, gave knowhow in executing disciplinary researches, individual and collective negotiations and staff related decisions. He also represented multinational companies in front of the courts of law with an impressive rate of success. Similarly, Laurentiu provided consultancy and representation for many employees against their employers, with a high rate of success.
He was the coordinator of the Romanian Data Protection Journal and was involved in drafting guidelines for the application of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in Romania. He implemented the GDPR for multinational and state companies in Romania, with turnovers of over 100 millions Eur.
